The third level of Hector the Protector has been completed and tested extensively. I have also been finetuning the movement of Hector so that he will be easier to move around a level. Specifically, I have been playing around with gravity and fall rates so that he is a little floatier and more easily controlled on touch enabled devices. I am also currently contemplating changing the current tap to shoot touch control so that Hector shoots continuously as long as the player is touching the shoot touch control. This would speed up the rate of fire when playing on a touch enabled device. This isn’t really a problem when playing the game on a computer but when playing on an iPhone the rate of fire is currently noticeably slower than when hammering a key on a keyboard.
